Folios 618-619: William Charleton, Regulating Captain, North Shields. Reply to letter dated 3 December 1806 in the case of William Dickson, whose discharge has been applied for by C Dickson. He was given up to the service, through Lieutenant [John] Mitchell by his master Joshua Donkin a shipowner of this place on 17 October 1806.
