Covering letter for the enclosed [not included] Writ of Habeas Corpus served today upon Lieutenant [Robert] Skipsey, Commanding HMS Eliza Tender , for delivery of the body of James Robb a newly raised man on board that vessel, who was impressed on shore at South Shields by Lieutenant [James] Dathan on 23 October 1806.
