Folios 243-244: Samuel Colquitt, HMS Princess, Liverpool. Reports on the cases of RH Caitcheon and Humphrey Roberts, T Smith and John Parr.
Folios 245-246: enclosed with folios 243-244. Letter dated 10 September 1805 by John Parr, son of James Parr of Pendleton near Manchester writes concerning Thomas Smith and Chapman.
Folio 247: enclosed with folios 243-244. Letter dated 11 September 1805 by R H Caitcheon, master of the ship Dominica Packet, Liverpool writes concerning his apprentice Humphrey Roberts. The circumstances of the action are described and Roberts was detained to give evidence on behalf of Patrick O'Connor. Caitcheon now asks for his release.
