Folio 216: Samuel Colquitt, HMS Princess, Liverpool. Refers to the enclosure and states that Edward Thomas was impressed as he was believed to be intending to go to sea in an American vessel.
Folios 217-218: enclosed with folio 216. Petition dated 16 August 1805 from Mary Thomas concerning her husband Edward and asking for his release. The certificate from the American captain is missing.
