Mr Lymans has requested the discharge of 5 men: Richard Lisle, Benjamin Davidson, William Rhodes, Charles Kennedy and ? Manchester and enclosed an American protection for each. Colquitt states that th men were sent to Plymouth in the tender HMS Bolina.
