Folios 206-207: enclosed with folios 204-205. Letter dated 13 August 1805 by Peter Pearson, Liverpool. Writes that James Anderson, master of the brig Felicity of Kirkaldy, is deranged and became convinced that the mate an men were rising against him. When boarded by the revenue men he put the mate and 2 men on board from where they were sent to HMS Princess. He asks that Robert Forman mate of Felicity be discharged.
Folio 208: enclosed with folios 204-205. Letter dated 11 August 1805 by John Rutter MD, Liverpool, certifies that James Anderson is mentally deranged.
Folio 209: enclosed with folios 204-205: Letter dated 11 August 1805 by P Lindsay, Surgeon Royal Navy, certifies that James Anderson is afflicted with mania.
