Folios 212-213: William Charleton, Regulating Captain, North Shields. Reports the case of John Trinkhole, an apprentice, whose discharge has been applied for by Henry Knight & Co in enclosed letter. States no such name appears on his books nor has any apprentice been impressed at Sunderland by his people.
Folios 214-215: enclosure with folios 212-213. Letter dated 31 May 1805, from Henry Knight and Co, Poole to the Admiralty. Requests the discharge of John Trinkhole apprenticed to their company on 24 September 1804 and who was impressed on 27 May 1805 at Sunderland out of their brig Elizabeth, James Rivers, Master. States the Indentures of Apprenticeship are with the Master and who can also supply an Affidavit.
