Folios 27-28: Charles Cobb, HMS Glatton, Chatham. On 11th March 1799 he applied to he Commander-in-Chief at this place for leave, as his ship will not be ready to move to Blackstakes until the full moon. He understands the Captain of HMS Venerable made his application at the same time and his has been granted. Asks for his application to be allowed.
