Folios 378-379: John Clements, Sea Fencibles, Leith. Mr Warrender, Solicitor, has requested that Alexander Brown, Robert May and Robert Wishart, Mate, are needed as witnesses for the trial of Reverend Fitzimmonds for treason. The men were sent to the Nore by Captain Benton in the Leith tender. HMS Rattle and Minx from here are at Nore and will return so could bring the men back.
Folio 380: enclosure with folios 378-379. Letter dated 25 June 1799 by Hugh Warrender, Castlehill. Concerning Robert May and Robert Wishart, Mate, are as witnesses for the trial of Reverend Fitzimmonds for treason.
