Folios 315-316: John Clements, Leith. A commercial packet has been taken and burned off Flamborough head by the same privateer mention in Friday's letter. Is sending a list of gunboats under his command but as they are all leaky ex merchant ships there is no possibility they could attack a privateer.
Folio 317: enclosure with folios 315-316. List of ten gunboats and their commanders and what they are doing under his command.
