Folios 264-265: John Clements, Leith. He has been enquiring into the illness reported by Lieutenant Cole of Black Castle Hill signal station. He saw him at his home in Dunbar and recommends that a new Officer is appointed as he is in a continual state of intoxication. Lieutenant Holsworthy at Dunbar has his signal books in safe keeping.
