Folios 223-224: Thomas Wittewronge Whitewell Clayton, HMS Prince William, Leith Roads. Is sending a description of the man who, when the sloop was captured by Le Tonnerre, immediately gave information as to where the valuable cargo was and then joined the crew of the privateer. He should be made an example.
