Folios 66-67: Thomas Bladen Capel, HMS Arab, Hamoaze. Is sending papers for the exchange of his Carpenter with that of HMS Renard and for his Boatswain who fell into the hold who wishes to exchange with HMS Belette.
Folios 68-69: enclosed with folios 66-67. Letter dated 14 February 1799 by Charles May HMS Arab and John Driscoll HMS Renard, Boatswains, to exchange ships.
