Folios 6-7: George Campbell, HMS Dragon, Spithead. He asked for bounty money to be paid to the men on HMS Terror but this cannot be done without an order. He sends earlier letters.
Folio 8: enclosed with folios 6-7. Letter dated 5 January 1799 by C Hope, J Hinslow and George Marsh, Navy Office, to Captain Campbell. No order has been received for Bounty money for HMS Terror.
Folio 9: enclosed with folios 6-7. Letter dated 24 October 1798 by Evan Nepean, Admiralty Office, to Captain Campbell The Navy Board will pay the Bounty money to the men on HMS Terror even though they joined abroad.
