Folios 199-200: Edward Henry Columbine, the Sea Fencibles, Hastings. Reports that Thomas Kent, one of his Fencibles, was impressed while at Dover and sent aboard HMS Wassasnaar. Asks for his release, and as this is the second time that one of his men has been impressed at Dover despite their Admiralty protections, asks that the officers of the Impress Service at Dover be given orders concerning the Sea Fencibles.
