Folios 104-105: Francis Holmes Coffin, the Sea Fencibles, Folkestone. Complains that Lieutenant Wall, in charge of the lighthouse at Folkestone Cliff, is neglecting his duty and is often absent or inebriated. He has also refused to supply a copy of the signals, which Captain Popham had omitted to pass on to Captain Coffin.
