Folios 91-92: Francis Wilson, [Navy Agent], London. Encloses Captain George Cockburn's commission for HMS Minerve, given to him by Admiral Sir John Jervis in July, 1796, and asks that this be confirmed.
Folio 93: enclosed with folios 91-92. Commission issued by Admiral Sir John Jervis, Commander in Chief in the Mediterranean, dated 29 July 1796, appointing Captain George Cockburn to command HMS Minerve.
