Folios 88-89: George Cockburn, HMS Minerve, Portsmouth. As the ship will be out of dock in a week and is likely to be sent on foreign service, asks for several days' leave before that to say goodbye to his family in Hillingdon, but if the Secretary judges his request to be improper, asks that he just destroy it.
