Folios 303-304: George Countess, HMS Ethalion, Spithead. Replies to letter of 20th November about why he did no’t sail from the Humber on the 3rd with HMS Prince William was because not all the Lisbon ships were down when the Prince William sailed. Gave orders to sail immediately on the 4th however they couldn’t sail due to unfavorable winds lasting till they sailed.
