Folios 301-302: George Countess, HMS Ethalion, the Humber. Sailed 12th Oct on Vice Admiral Lutwidge’s orders to fall in with Admiral Duncan. Reports arrival at the Humber after being ordered by Captain Mitchel to assist HMS Isis tow the dismasted Dutch battleship, Admiral de Vries, prize to Admiral Duncan’s fleet who’d also lost her rudder. Sends journal and report [both no longer present] of his vessel.
