Folios 283-284: Charles Cotton, HMS Mars, Torbay. Reports HMS Ville de Paris, HMS Duke, HMS Stag and HMS Scourge are working in. Was blown into the bay after becoming separated from the rest of Lord Bridport’s fleet at four in the morning. Nine sail to the leeward he supposes are the remainder. Wind NWN, blowing hard.
