Folios 262-263: James Cornwallis, HMS Sheerness, Portsmouth. Asks that Mr Boslock, at present a Midshipman on HMS Racoon on the Downs station is discharged onto HMS Sheerness. Says this young man is recommended to him as wanting to go on a foreign voyage and he needs young men on the Quarterdeck.
