Folios 218-220: John Cooke, HMS Quebec, Spithead. Encloses Rear Admiral Bligh’s order appointing Charles Fisher to act as HMS Quebec’s Boatswain.
Folio 220: enclosed with folios 218-220. Appointment dated 18 October 1796 by Rear Admiral Richard Rodney Bligh, Rear Admiral of the Red, HMS Brunswick, the Mole of St Domingo, by command Rear Admiral J. Griffith. Charles Fisher, Boatswain, HMS Leviathan forthwith appointed Boatswain of HMS Quebec.
