Folios 206-207: James Colnett, 17 Millman Street, Bedford Row. Says he received a letter from Lord Hugh Seymour soon after he was appointed Captain and joined HMS Hussar at Plymouth requesting he repair to the Admiralty where his Lordships told him he should be paid any traveling expenses. Asks that his Lordships will repay him.
