Folios 202-203: James Colnett, London. Writes again requesting his expenses for being employed on a survey of the Essex coast and counties to the north. He has since been cast away on the coast of France and lost everything. Says in 1795 he was allowed charges of a similar nature on the last survey. Encloses an oath made before Mr Kite that the sum charged is correct. [Enclosure not present].
