Asks that orders are given to Mr Phillips and Mr Maxwell, 1st and 2nd Lieutenants, HMS Hussar and James Tate, late Master, John Meron Hall, the Mate, Mr Roach, Boatswain, Mr Nesmyth, Gunner and Mr Small, Carpenter, who arrived from France to Plymouth, to go to Spithead immediately to give evidence to the Court Martial ordered concerning the loss of HMS Hussar.
