Folios 181-182: William Collis, HMS Dromedary, Lower Hope, River Thames. Reports his arrival following foul winds that prevented him getting away from Gravesend. Says he cannot speak too highly of Richard Prowse, Mater Attendant, Woolwich who supplied his anchors and cables sooner than expected. Also recommends William Wood, Pilot, Lower Fleet, Deal for his conduct 23 May when at the Nore.
