Folios 179-180: William Collis, HMS Dromedary, Gravesend reach. Has not received the Channel Private Signals. His anchors and cables arrive tomorrow. He sends his Clerk with this letter who will bring their reply to his requests that he is supplied them saying he was unable to answer the Pilot’s signals when he came up the Channel.
