Folios 173-174: William Collis, HMS Dromedary, Longreach. Reports he will be ready for sea Saturday but neither of his two Lieutenants have joined. He has no officers to assist him bringing the ship round to Spithead because the master is hurt. Asks that the Lieutenants are ordered to join immediately, they send the necessary Press warrants and that he is supplied with copies of all the Acts of Parliament which he has not yet received yet.
