Folios 267-268: Thomas Wittewronge Whitewell Clayton, HMS Prince William, the Nore. Notice of arrival with the convoy from Hull, as requested by the Mayor. He has seen those bound for the river in safety. He will collect any vessels sailing to Hull as orders by Admiral Adam Duncan.
