Folios 253-254: Thomas Wittewronge Whitewell Clayton, HMS Prince William, Hull. Having been informed by the Mayor that several vessels are waiting for a convoy to the Nore, and Captain Peter Halkett, HMS Circe and Senior Officer not wanting to delay, they will sail as soon as possible. The Signal Flags have not arrived so he has applied for some to loaned from HMS Nonsuch. Asks of he can be supplied with his own at the Nore. Acknowledgement of the receipt of the Acts of Parliament relating to the mutiny, which he has made known to the ship's company. Lieutenant Shaw has joined the ship, he was unable to do so earlier as he had been detained by mutineers.
