Folios 527-528: William Cumberland, HMS Chapman, Milford Haven. Sends his report for the month of January 1796.
Folio 529: enclosure with folios 527-528. Note (initialled, not signed), 4 February 1796. Journal of HMS Chapman to be returned to Captain Cumberland, since it is not clear where the ship came from, nor by whom the journal was kept. Captain Cumberland must be more accurate in future.
