Folios 510-511: Edmund Crawley, HMS Lion, Yarmouth Roads. Reports his arrival, as ordered by Admiral Duncan (copy of the order enclosed). Will make all efforts to get his ship ready for sea, and will be ready in a few days if the weather proves favourable. Encloses a state and condition report. He is short of 43 Able Seamen, 10 boys, and 6 Marines, notwithstanding 16 Landsmen discharged with his vessel on 9 May by Admiral Duncan. Requests his complement is completed before he goes to sea.
