Folios 471-472: William Edward Crarcraft, HMS Aquilon, Spithead. Reports that the brig Neptune was detained off the St Marcoa's Islands by the gun boats of the islands and HMS Magicienne. It was carrying a cargo of soldier's clothing and bound for The Hague. She was turned over to HMS Aquilon by order of Captain Peyton of HMS Minerva and the captors are taking legal proceedings against her.
