Folios 469-470: William Edward Crarcraft, HMS Aquilon, Spithead. Reports that he came across the ship Mary of New York, Master Giles Storr, on 29 April, sailing from Amsterdam bound for Surinam, carrying a cargo of timber for shipping etc. He presumed that it cam under the class of ship described in the information to Sir Sidney Smith, and he has detained the vessel while awaiting further orders.
