Description

Folios 427-428: Charles Cotton, HMS Mars, Cawsand Bay. Returns the enclosed, as ordered on 15 September, and acknowledges receipt of the second order and the letter to Vice Admiral Sir Alan Gardner. Reports that HMS Triumph and HMS Orion have arrived in the bay. He will proceed to join Admiral Gardner as soon as HMS Juste, HMS Incendiary, and HMS Phaeton have joined.
