Folios 399-400: John Cooke, HMS Quebec, Spithead. Reports that five men were sent to a Prize vessel from HMS Quebec in September 1794, when in the West Indies. They have never rejoined HMS Quebec, so he requests they are discharged to the Supernumerary List, or taken off the books. Names: Robert Cooke (Midshipman), Johnathan Ritchie (Able Seaman), Jonathan Adamson (Able Seaman), Samual Nash (Able Seaman), and Benjamin Jefferson (Able Seaman).
