Folios 298-299: James Colnett, HMS Hussar, Plymouth Sound. Reports that the order to take on provisions and stores in readiness for Channel service arrived after some provisions had already been taken on board, but he has requested a craft from the Victualling Office to come to take them back. Commissioner Fanshaw has informed him that the pay books were received in London and sent from there on 21 November. Mr Wilson has not yet arrived from Portsmouth with the schooner, and the reason for the delay is not known.
