Folios 294-295: James Colnett. Reports that the pay books for the last voyage of HMS Hussar have not been sent to town, and there could be a great delay if this is not ordered by the Board to the Port Admiral. He has written to the Commanding Officer to ask him to forward them, but suggests that the most speedy solution would be to pay the company by special order.
