Folios 157-158: Alexander Forrester Inglis Cochrane, HMS Thetis. Reports that on 15 January he encountered 3 Spanish vessels from [Havannah?] who informed him that about 3 weeks ago a Spanish three-deck ship and six 2-deckers had sailed from there to Port Dauphine, reportedly to take off the troops from Santo Domingo. As there has been reports of war between Great Britain and Spain, he thought he should report immediately.
