Folios 416-417: John Colvill, HMS Star, Nore. Encloses [not present] three Certificates for:- Charles Irvine, Adam Hutchinson and John Baillie who have been turned over to HMS Star from HMS Sandwich. As the Commissioners at Sheerness will not pay the Bounties without more regular Certificates for the proper steps to be taken. The following persons:- Abel Jones, Thomas Smith, James Krileness? & James Barber, all 18, entered for HMS Bounty and have been sent on board HMS Star as Able Bodied Landsman but being under age the Clerk of the Cheque cannot pay them the Bounty
