Folio 363: Cuthbert Collingwood, HMS Excellent, Spithead. Covering letter for the enclosed [not present] List of Ships for which he has given Convoy Instructions. He has made enquiry for the Dutch ships bound to Ports in Spain but do not find any. HMS Nassau has not arrived with the Landsmen ordered to be carried to the Mediterranean are not arrived nor in the Royal Marine Clothing due for Gibraltar.
