Folios 467-468: Charles Craven, HMS Trimmer, Spithead. He left Jersey to take the enclosed letter from Alexander Lindsay, Lord Balcarris, commanding the Kings Forces in Jersey, with intelligence re Royalists in La Vendee to HM Secretary of State for the Home Department. He also consented to receive the officers and men belonging to 63rd Regiment for passage to England.
Folio 469: enclosure with folios 467-468. Copy of letter dated 9 November 1793 by Lord Balcarris to Charles Craven. He requests that important intelligence be taken to England together with 6-7 officers and 14 men of 63rd Regiment.
