Folios 439-440: James Lord Cranstoun, HMS Raisonable, Milford Haven. Reporting that gales obliged him to make for Milford Haven and reporting that he has not seen any French ships since his cruise began. He encloses the state and condition of his ship where over 400 of his crew are in a weakly state.
Folio 441: enclosure with folios 439-440. State and condition of HMS Raisonable on 13 December 1793.
