Folios 81-82: George Ralph Collier, HMS Leopard, Gillingham Reach. Mr Briggs the Master of HMS Leopard has requested me to make application for leave of absence on Thursday next the 7 April 1803, for the purpose of passing his examination at the Trinity House for a third-rate. As his presence is no longer necessary on ether HMS Leopard or HMS Thunderer I request it be granted.
