Folios 42-43: David Colby, HMS Gelikheid, Yarmouth Roads. As directed by Rear Admiral Edward Thornbrough he states in the cases of Edward Westerford and Robert Edwards as follows:- Edward Westerford declares he was born in Virginia but has no documents and is a volunteer. Robert Edwards is about 15 years was sent on board as a volunteer from the Rendezvous in Yarmouth on 17 August 1803 says he is an apprentice to his Father a Carpenter in Norwich and is born as a supernumerary.
Folio 44: enclosure with folios 42-43. Letter dated 5 September 1803 by John Edwards, St Margaret, Norwich. States Robert Edwards his son and apprentice, request he be discharged.
Folio 45: enclosure with folios 42-43. Receipt dated 30 August 1803 for the Stamp Duty on an Indenture. Robert Edwards to John Edwards.
