Folios 502-503: George Cockburn, HMS Phaeton, Long Reach. He would have sailed for the Nore today, together with HMS Virginie and HMS Camel, but the Pilots declined to proceed because of the strong easterly wind. As soon as it abates, the three ships will sail.
