Folios 488-489: Thomas, Lord Cochrane, HMS Arab, the Hamoaze, Plymouth. His previous letter on October 2, 1803, reported that William Cole of the transport Tillicherry had volunteered to serve on HMS Arab, but that Mr Cousins, Master of the transport, was refusing to pay his wages and asking the Admiralty to prosecute him. Has received no reply to this letter.
