Folios 472-473: Alexander Inglis Cochrane, HMS Northumberland, Bear Haven, Bantry Bay. The stores listed on the reverse are not aboard the Ranger transport, and he understands from the invoices he has seen that they are not being sent on the Dolphin either. Asks if these articles can be sent on the Dolphin, as well as supplied of blankets, shoes and warm clothing.
