Folio 463: Alexander Inglis Cochrane, HMS Northumberland, Bear Haven. Encloses [no longer present] a report on the condition of the ships under his command. Shortly after his letter of 22 November 1803, the wind changed to west northwest, which has made it impossible to proceed to sea. As soon as the wind moderates he will begin cruising off Cape Clear.
